Returns and Exchange Policy
Products sold as ‘free plus shipping’ during promotional campaigns cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded since the products were free.
Shipping fees on free products are non-refundable.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order to our warehouse or nearest representative for a full refund (less shipping costs) or a replacement product of your choice that will be shipped to you free of charge.
We will refund you your purchase price (less any shipping) as long as the request is communicated to our customer service desk (orders@thegingerdaisyco.com) within 14 days of you receiving your order. If 14 days have lapsed since you received your order, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Please be advised that if you do ship your return or exchange back without communicating with one of our customer service representatives, we will not be able to process a refund nor an exchange.
All items you wish to return or exchange must be shipped to our warehouse at your expense. As the customer, you are responsible for ensuring your return is delivered to our warehouse in the condition it was received in and in the original packaging.
If you wish to exchange an item upon receiving it, we will refund your order including the shipping costs you paid, while placing a new order for you.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. For hygienic reasons, our return policy excludes rings, earrings or necklaces and earring sets, which are final sale. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Easy Returns and Exchange Process
In order to return or exchange your order, please email our customer service team at orders@thegingerdaisyco.com. We will respond to your email within 24 hours.
Please include in your initial request your order number and how you wish to proceed (return or exchange). We will walk you through the process and advise how long the process should take (the processing times for refunds and exchanges vary).
Ship your return to the address we have confirmed with you and email our customer service team the tracking number associated with your return. Please ensure your order number is attached to the package you return. This will minimize delays in processing time upon receipt.
We highly advise you to ship your order to our warehouse with a tracking number. We are not responsible for returns that are not received. As the customer, you are responsible for ensuring your return is delivered to our warehouse in the condition it was received in and in the original packaging.
When we receive your return, it will be processed within in 2-7 business days. Once it is processed, your refund will be processed and applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please note that refunds can take up to 3 business days to be returned to your account. If you're requesting an exchange, the products you requested in your exchange form will be shipped immediately once your return is accepted, granted that they're in stock.
